Studies of the National Theatre and Southbank

My appreciation for the Brutalist complex comes from the simplicity of the trio of concrete, sunlight and shadows, there are no interruptions. This creates infinite possibilities with the spectrum of colour film.

Reconstruction (National Theatre) 2025

Geometries and colour transitions create a dynamic composition that explores the idea that the architecture itself is performative and creates its own theatre. The colours and forms generated are reminiscent of the period that the National Theatre was constructed.
